FFmpeg is free software that can record, convert and stream digital audio and video in a number of formats. Due to the fact that FFMPEG is too processor intensive, some hosting companies does not support it.
Does Arvixe Support FFMPEG?
Yes. FFMPEG Module is installed in all arvixe servers. This means that arvixe hosting supports any video encoding or flash encoder program. If you find that your server does not have FFMPEG installed, you can contact support with your username and your server name and they will install it on your server.
